Shipping Policy

Shipping times are separate from production times. Please allow 1–3 days for production, followed by an additional 3–5 days for delivery.

We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.

The best of Etsy! Providing a specialized item and then I reached out for even further help and the seller was amazing!! Even offered to send part of my order as he was waiting on some supplies.
